Student Medication School Pickup

Posted March 14, 2020

Dear Clipper Families,

As promised, we are working to keep you updated with information as it develops. Our first task was to create a schedule for parents to pick up essential items, most important of which is necessary medication, at your schools. Schools will be open for this purpose on Tuesday, March 17th, and administrators will be there to greet you. In order to support social distancing practices, we’ve created a schedule with staggered blocks. However, if you have children in multiple schools, please select one timeframe that works for you. If you are unable to come in during the day on Tuesday, please email your principal to work out a plan.

  • All Elementary Schools will be open for grades preK-2 from 8:00-11:00 and grades 3-4 from 11:00-2:00.

  • Morse Pond will be open for grade 5 from 8:00-11:00 and grade 6 from 11:00-2:00.

  • Lawrence will be open for grade 7 from 8:00-11:00 and grade 8 from 11:00-2:00.

  • Falmouth High School will be open for grade 9 from 8:00-9:30, grade 10 from 9:30-11:00, grade 11 from 11:00-12:30, and grade 12 from 12:30-2:00.

We are working on a number of other items to maintain our families’ connections with their school communities. You can expect follow up communication over the coming days regarding the closure, access to educational resources, and the availability of school meals.

Please stay well.
