6:05 PM MOVE into Executive Session with respect to collective bargaining strategy regarding a Memorandum of Agreement for the Teamsters Union, Local No. 59. if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the district. It is Anticipated that the School Committee will return to open session.
Per Governor Baker’s order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L.c.30A Sec. 20, the public will not be allowed to physically access this School Committee Meeting but can be viewed live on: FCTV Channel 14. A recording of this meeting can be viewed on You Tube at:

Members of the public are welcome to speak about items that are not on the agenda. Comments should be limited to 2 minutes in length. Due to the Open Meeting Law, the Committee cannot take action on public comment. C. 31A, sections 22 (f),(g). It is anticipated the School Committee will NOT return to Public Session.
