6:05 PM MOVE into Executive Session with respect to collective bargaining strategy regarding SEIU,
Local 888, Falmouth Secretaries, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the
bargaining position of the district. It is Anticipated that the School Committee will return to open
Per Governor Baker’s order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L.c.30A
Sec. 20, the public will not be allowed to physically access this School Committee Meeting but can
be viewed live on: FCTV Channel 14. A recording of this meeting can be viewed on You Tube at:
Members of the public are welcome to speak about items that are not on the agenda. Comments
should be limited to 2 minutes in length. Due to the Open Meeting Law, the Committee cannot
take action on public comment. For items on the agenda, the Chair may accept comments from the
public following the Committee’s discussion of an item. Additional comments and feedback can
