MAKO MEMO

February  2, 2024

Dear Mullen-Hall Families,

Another amazing week and an early spring! On Thursday, we had a practice Lockdown safety drill with members of the Falmouth Police Department.  Students and staff did an amazing job.  We are thankful for the collaboration with the police department and the support of our Mullen Hall students and families in an effort to keep students and staff safe.

Kindergarten Registration has begun! It was held this week beginning Monday, January 29th till Friday, February 2.  If you are not able to stop in, please come by when you can to register. Martha’s Vineyard Banking Report:

We had great participation by our student bankers today, they are starting out the month with a lot of deposits!  Just a reminder that it is never too late to start banking with us.  If your child is interested in setting up an account they can come down to the cafeteria on Friday morning and take a packet home with them to fill out and bring back the following Friday.  If your child has transferred from another Falmouth school, and they have an account already set up through their previous school, they can bank with us right away.

Congratulations to 3rd grader Maren H. for winning the colored pencils this week!  We will raffle off another set next week.

Next week is the last week to be entered into the national drawing for the binoculars.  Bankers are automatically entered when they make 3 deposits before Valentines Day.  This week our bankers were telling us their plans for using them if they win!

Have a great weekend!
