Mako Memo - September 9, 2022

MAKO MEMO

September 9, 2022

Dear Mullen-Hall Families,

We rang in a new school year this week with some pomp and circumstance! Our new and returning Makos entered the building through a balloon archway and were “welcomed” back with signage celebrating our diversity and uniqueness. We are SO happy to be back. It has been an incredible first week!

Nurse Melissa has notified classroom teachers if their room is a Nut Free classroom. Families have been notified digitally and a note via your students folder if your child is in a Nut Free classroom.

This year the district has shifted to online annual forms packets. These forms  need to be updated each year. They are to be completed online by logging into your PowerSchool Parent/Guardian account.  Families should have received information on how to access/create an account. This information was sent home on Wednesday, September 7th. Please be sure you have found this information. Once you have created this account you will be able to follow the directions to complete the annual forms.

Forms should be completed by September 12th.

If you have any questions along the way, please email parent portal

Please do not park on Hamlin Ave. at dismissal. Cars need to line up at the Lawrence School beginning at 3:25. A staff member will release you from the Lawrence School parking lot when dismissal begins at 3:30pm.

Please label all of your Mako’s articles such as lunch boxes, water bottles and clothing. It makes it easier to return lost items.

Meet The Teacher night will be held on September 21st at Mullen Hall School
