KEY ACTION ITEMS
- Formalize documents around meeting agendas,
communication to staff, agenda requests, committee member reports, executive
session standards
- Create a guidance document for members on
responding to inquiries/emails from constituents
- Improve the language on sub committee/member
assignment form and the sub committee descriptions to more accurately reflect
the roles. Delete and add assignments as suggested by committee.
- Create a ‘who to ask’ handout for the
public
- Attend 1 community event and be available to
community members (have a table where we talk to people)
- Add bios and photos to the SC page about each
member
- Review the school committee section of the
website and identify possible areas for update
- Have a calendar of events that we can attend
(honor societies, art shows, etc)
- Start to create a plan for onboarding/mentoring
new members

Clipper experience for all students.

our knowledge of “the Clipper
Experience”.
- Identify
when items on our agenda are related to the CLIPPER experience
- Hear
from Student Advisory group at FHS during designated Clipper Times throughout
the year
- Make
student advisory role more clear and easier to participate
- Improve
our focus on students with clipper experience and academics at each meeting.
- Maintain
a Clipper Experience Bulletin Board in the conference room (like the
board in the FHS library)
- Highlight
academics and Clipper experience in an article in the Enterprise
