Elizabeth Haskell Appointed Director of Teaching and Learning

Elizabeth HaskellThe Falmouth Public Schools is pleased to announce the appointment of Elizabeth Haskell as the new Director of Teaching and Learning.
Ms. Haskell comes to Falmouth from Somerset, Massachusetts, where she served as the Director of Curriculum and Assessment for the past 11 years. Dr. Duerr says “Her extensive experience in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and professional learning will further strengthen Falmouth’s commitment to excellence for both staff and students.”
Prior to her role in Somerset Public and Somerset Berkley Regional School Districts, Ms. Haskell served as the Secondary Humanities Director for Middleborough Public Schools and as an Assistant Principal at Sandwich High School. Her experience in both district- and school-level leadership provides her with a well-rounded understanding of public-school operations.
Ms. Haskell holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology from Framingham State University and completed the Leading for Learning Principal/Assistant Principal Licensure Program at the University of Massachusetts. She is currently a doctoral candidate in UMass Dartmouth’s Educational Leadership and Policy Program.
