Work Permit Process for Children ages 14-17 who live or go to school in Falmouth
- Find the application at https://www.mass.gov/service-details/youth-employment-permit-information
- Complete all applicable sections
- Please return completed applications to the Falmouth Administration Building along with a copy of the child's Birth Certificate. The child must be present when returning applications.
Administration Building Office Hours are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday-Friday. Summer hours may vary depending on staff schedules.
