Falmouth Public Schools Welcomes Stephen Kapulka as Principal of Teaticket Elementary School
Falmouth, MA – Falmouth Public Schools is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Kapulka as the next Principal of Teaticket Elementary School, effective July 1, 2025.
A proud graduate of Falmouth High School, and Boston College, Mr. Kapulka brings a wealth of experience and a strong connection to the Falmouth community. From 2000 to 2013, he served as a dedicated educator at Morse Pond School and Teaticket Elementary School, where he helped shape the academic and social-emotional growth of countless students.
Mr. Kapulka currently serves as the Assistant Principal at the North Attleboro Community School. Prior to that role, he was the Assistant Principal at Barnstable Intermediate School, further honing his leadership skills and commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments.
“Returning to Falmouth in a leadership role is both a personal and professional honor,” said Mr. Kapulka. “I look forward to working with the incredible staff, students, and families at Teaticket to continue building a school culture rooted in care, curiosity, and community.”
