The Falmouth Public Schools is pleased to announce that Rose Moran has been appointed as the new Principal of East Falmouth Elementary School.
Rose Moran brings a wealth of experience and a deep connection to the East Falmouth community. She began her career in Falmouth in 1987 as a special education teacher at East Falmouth Elementary. Over the years, she has served in several teaching and leadership roles, including Assistant Principal of Mullen-Hall school and, most recently, Principal of Mullen-Hall school since 2020.
In addition to her school-based leadership, Rose has coordinated the district’s Special Education Extended School Year program (ESY) and contributed her expertise to numerous district committees.
In January 2025, Rose Moran was appointed Acting Principal at East Falmouth Elementary School to fill an unplanned vacancy. Her return was met with enthusiasm from staff, students, and families alike.
“Now that I am back at East,” said Rose, “I want to stay to continue the work we have started.”
