Food Assistance

  • The Falmouth Public Schools Food Service Department is excited to offer free breakfast and free lunch to ALL students for the entire school year through June 2022. While school meals were provided free to all students last year, this year it will look a little different (but also more familiar!). This year, meals will be served in school, during the school day.

    Breakfast

K-4      Grab-and-Go               Distributed at Entrance of Schools

5-12     Grab-and-Go               Distributed at Front Entrance and OR the Cafeteria.  They will then need to go to the cafe to eat.

    Lunch

    K-12    Hot/Cold Meals          School Cafeterias

In addition to taking advantage of free school meals this year, we also encourage families to apply for SNAP benefits. SNAP provides monthly cash benefits (on an EBT card) to purchase groceries for eligible families. To apply for SNAP, visit http://startwithsnap.org/ or call the Project Bread FoodSource Hotline at 1-800-645-8333. If you are unsure whether your family is eligible, the FoodSource Hotline can assist you with eligibility questions.

It is our privilege to provide breakfast and lunch to your children, supporting them with nourishing and healthy meals to power through the school day! Please reach out to Andrea Burnes at (508) 548-0151 X 136 with any questions that you may have.
