Exciting things are happening in Clipper Nation!
Family Learning Fair. Recently, Falmouth Public Schools hosted a fun and well-attended Family Learning Fair at Morse Pond School featuring a Farm-to-Table theme that brought learning to life for students and families. Children in grades PK–6 engaged in hands-on literacy and math activities created by the district’s Reading Specialists and other classroom teachers. The activities connected classroom learning to real-world experiences with food, farms, and healthy living. Community partners from across the town joined us to provide resources, demonstrations, and support, helping families deepen their understanding of local agriculture and nutrition. We are grateful to everyone who contributed to this successful celebration of learning, collaboration, and community.
TD Garden Bound. The Falmouth High School Clippers Boys Varsity Basketball will play at TD Garden in Boston on Sunday, January 18, 2026. The FHS team will play at 1:00 against Westford Academy in the Andrew Janes Lawson Foundation Invitational event. Students in grades 3 through 8 are invited to take the court during halftime to shoot layups and take a picture. High School basketball in an NBA environment! Tickets are $30.00 per person.

Regal Seagulls. On December 16, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 pm in Cafeteria A at Falmouth High School, the Regal Seagull Robotics Team will be hosting their fundraiser, Night of Robotics. Come build a robot together with our team and then take it home. All funds raised support the team. Kits are $30.00. (Recommended for ages 7 and up).
After School Elementary Science and Community Program Registration opens on Friday, December 5 for the Falmouth Community School's Science and Cultural After School Programs, held at each of our elementary schools. These programs are free and offered in collaboration with our Woods Hole and greater Falmouth community partners. Grade 3 and 4 students can investigate what Scientists do, working with volunteer scientists from WHOI, MBL, NOAA, and WBNERR. Grade K through 4 students can learn about some of the cultures that thrive in Falmouth with volunteers from the Wampanoag Tribe and the Cape Cod Cape Verdean Museum and Cultural Center. Programs are offered on Monday afternoons from 3:30-4:30 pm. Dates vary by school. Register at: www.falmouthcommunityschool.org
There’s nothing better than being a Clipper, no matter your interest or skill. Our district offers many opportunities for students to be involved and engaged, from learning to fun! And so many ways for parents and staff to be involved, too! Reach out! There’s something for everyone!
Join us at the Holiday Parade on Sunday to cheer on our Morse Pond, Lawrence, and FHS bands, and the FHS Cheer Team!
