If your child requires medication, it will be administered by the school nurse when the following requirements are met:
- Written authorization from the parent/guardian is received indicating that the medication is for the specified child. No medication will be administered without this.
- A written order from your physician indicating the child’s name, dosage, number of times per day, and the number of days the medication is to be administered.
