Marc Dupuis, Superintendent of the Falmouth Public Schools, announced today that Karen Karson has been named Principal of the North Falmouth School.  She has been serving as the Interim Principal at the school since July 1, 2011.

Mrs. Karson has worked in the Falmouth School District as a teacher, Assistant Principal and in her current role as Interim Principal for 13 years.  She has over 15 years of teaching and leadership experience in public schools.  

“Karen brings a wealth of experience to the position of North Falmouth School Principal.  I have complete confidence that she will do a tremendous job serving the North Falmouth School Community as well as the entire Falmouth School District. I look forward to working with Karen as a key member of our administrative team,” said Mr. Dupuis.

Mrs. Karson’s appointment as permanent Principal of the North Falmouth School will be effective July 1, 2012.
